MineCloneRE - Minecraft-like game - fixed fork of original MineClone

Forked by YCaTGameRT and fixed by farfind

MineCloneRE will fix bugs of the original MineClone 
that occur in the new version of the Luanti engine

At version 0.22.0 faithful textures fully removed from game
(for legacy exp. play version 0.21.1)

At version 0.23.0 and above MineCloneRE mods naming start at mcre_ prefix
and no longer support default compability with MTG mods
